Requirements
Education
- Minimum Graduation from any recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum CGPA 2.50
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Working in the greater Faridpur, Barishal & Khulna areas will be preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English & Bangla.
- Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office Packages.
Responsibilities & Context
- Making Payment and receiving of cash efficiency, flawlessly, within the shortest possible time.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in Cash Area.
- Achieving assigned Business target set by the Management.
- Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service.
- Necessary maintenance/ Cash Loading / Reconcile of ATM
