Job Overview:
Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is looking for proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Division as Assistant Officer. This position plays a critical role in managing financial operations and compliance in project level.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and process vendor bills and invoices against POs, GRNs, service reports, and supporting documents.
Monitor project expenditures and prepare periodic cost reports, including variance analysis.
Monitor and manage project cash flow to ensure adequate operational liquidity.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in coordination with the Accounts & Finance team.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit requirements.
Analyze project-wise costs, cost center performance, and budget variances, and highlight key financial issues.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
