Education
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Journalism, Mass Communication & Journalism
Bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism and Mass Communication preferred; priority will be given to candidates from these fields
Experience
At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Training Institutes
Additional Requirements
Age 21 to 28 years

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
Can write both creative and informative content
Has strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
Can research unfamiliar topics and understand them quickly

Can adjust their writing style for different audiences and platforms
Has strong attention to detail
Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Works well independently in a remote environment
Is willing to learn, experiment, and take on new challenges
1–2 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related field
Strong command of both English and Bangla, particularly in written communication
Experience with digital content, websites, blogs, or social media is an advantage

This is a full-time remote position for someone who is confident in both English and Bangla and can adapt their writing to different audiences, platforms, and purposes.
What You’ll Do
As a Content Executive, you will work on a variety of content rather than being limited to one type of writing. Your responsibilities may include:
Writing engaging and persuasive copy for marketing and promotional purposes
Creating SEO/GEO/AEO optimized blog posts and articles
Writing website content, including service pages and landing pages
Creating social media content, captions, and other digital content
Developing headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, and other short-form copy
Writing and editing content in both English and Bangla
Researching different topics and turning information into clear and engaging content
Adapting your writing style and tone based on the audience, platform, and purpose
Proofreading and editing content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Maintaining consistency with the company’s brand voice
Collaborating with different teams to understand content requirements
Managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
Assist with social media-related tasks across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels
Support the planning and execution of social media content and campaigns when required
Conduct basic research on social media trends and content ideas to help create relevant and engaging content
