Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience at management level in the knitting industry.
Strong technical expertise in knitting machines, fabric types and knitting process.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task work under pressure.
Communicate clearly and efficiently to team.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Plan, organize and monitor daily knitting operations to achieve given target.
Manage knitting manpower to the optimum capacity to ensure maximum productivity.
Ensure machines are always in standard running conditions and running at optimum speed.
Ensure fabric quality is of highest standard and set up action plans to minimize quality issues.
Ensure appropriate training program for new recruits are followed and their progress are constantly monitored and reported.
Ensure minimal production waste and rejects generated across the department.
Communicate with inter-departments across the group.
Ensure all audits are prepared and smoothly followed.
Monthly reporting of knitting production, quality, materials used and consumables used.
Ensure proper housekeeping throughout the department.
Ensure health and safety strictly followed.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are well followed.
