Responsibilities & Context

• Directly deal with the Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
• Ensure daily Knitting Production & programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
• Ensure Knitting production per machine per day
• Select & set Knitting parameter discussing with Knitting GM.
• Should be expert on all type of adjustment of knitting machines.
• Must know the technical way to minimize Knitting defects & process loss.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities & ensure that it’s happening with in the time frame.
• Must have auto stripe & jacquard machine experience
