Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 38 years
- 0–2 years of experience in a dairy/chilling center/laboratory environment.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context
- Collect milk samples from farmers during milk reception.
- Conduct various quality control tests such as acidity, fat, CLR, and density tests.
- To ensure the proper cooling temperature.
- Maintain records of various test results and prepare daily reports.
- To take proper action on any order from the supervisor.
