Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 18 years
  • Clinical Laboratory Testing
  • Blood Sample Collection especially from the new born babies.
  • Laboratory Equipment Handling
  • Hands-on experience in both GCC Medical Screening and General Diagnostic Laboratory Services is mandatory.

  • Quality Control & Safety
  • Good knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures
  • Ability to perform routine laboratory tests accurately
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and quality standards
  • Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented

  • Familiarity with GCC-approved laboratory testing procedures and reporting standards will be considered an added advantage.

Job Context

JSK Group is seeking competent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Lab Technologists to join its GCC Enlisted Medical Centers. The role is responsible for conducting laboratory investigations for both GCC Medical Centers and General Diagnostic Services, ensuring accurate test results, compliance with GCC health regulations, and adherence to international laboratory quality standards. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting medical diagnoses and fitness assessments through reliable laboratory practices and quality-focused service delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory investigations for GCC Medical Centers and General Diagnostic Services.
  • Collect, label, process, and preserve patient specimens in accordance with standard laboratory procedures.
  • Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests including Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, and other relevant investigations.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Verify, analyze, and report test results accurately and within the required turnaround time.
  • Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines, infection prevention measures, and biohazard waste disposal protocols.
  • Coordinate with physicians, medical officers, and other healthcare professionals regarding laboratory findings and patient care requirements.
  • Monitor laboratory inventory and ensure the availability of reagents, consumables, and testing supplies.
  • Comply with GCC medical services standards, international laboratory practices, and company policies.
