Responsibilities & Context
Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Laboratory Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pathology and will be responsible for ensuring quality control, and in the Laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests and procedures.
- Finalize and approve laboratory reports
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through rigorous quality control measures.
- Provide expert consultation to medical staff on test results and pathology-related issues.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
- Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical pathology and laboratory techniques.
