Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure the successful acquisition of land for joint venture projects
- Build and maintain strong relationship with landowners, government authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth land procurement process
- Negotiate and secure land purchase agreement
- Provide regular updates to senior management on land procurement progress and challenges
- Ensure all land acquisitions comply with local laws and regulations
