Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, law, business administration and other related majors;

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Law Firm, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years

• More than 5 years of experience in real estate or land resources management, and more than 2 years of work experience in equivalent positions;
• Familiar with the land market in Bangladesh, have experience in the whole process of purchasing at least one piece of land, and have strong market analysis and judgment ability;
• Have good communication, coordination and negotiation skills, and be able to work under pressure;
• Have a strong team spirit and be able to lead the team to complete work tasks;
• Proficient in office software, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for finding land resources suitable for the company’s development in Dhaka, Bangladesh and its surrounding areas, conducting property rights investigation, on-site investigation, evaluation and screening;

2. Communicate and negotiate with the land seller to reach a purchase agreement;

3. Follow up the relevant procedures in the land purchase process to ensure the smooth progress of the transaction;

4. Coordinate with relevant departments within the company to provide support for land development and construction;

5. Report the progress of work to the company on a regular basis, provide market information and suggestions;

6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company’s leaders.
