Strong interpersonal skills in building and maintaining effective relationships with team members, vendors, and external partners.

Must have proven experience in land surveying, with top priority given to candidates experienced in operating Total Station equipment.
Operate and maintain survey instruments such as Total Stations, Theodolites, GPS devices, and leveling tools to ensure accurate measurements.
Monitor, record, and report any site-level deviations, discrepancies, or inconsistencies from approved designs.
Conduct as-built surveys and prepare corresponding reports, sketches, and documentation for project records.
Ensure proper calibration and functioning of all surveying instruments on site.
Assist in the alignment and layout of excavation works, basement structures, footings, and slab levels.
Collaborate closely with engineers to translate architectural and structural drawings into precise site markings.
Verify accuracy of site levels, column positioning, and foundation layouts during various stages of construction.
Any other task assigned by Management.
