Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our group of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, managing survey data and records, ensuring compliance with land regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role will play a key part in supporting land-related projects and ensuring legal accuracy in all survey activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate digital survey equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
Prepare layout designs, fly level measurements, plot surveys, topographic and built surveys, and compare Mauza maps using digital survey tools.
Perform pre and post-construction level checks, area calculations, and produce detailed survey reports.
Maintain precise and comprehensive survey records, including field notes, legal descriptions, and maps, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and legal adherence.
Assist in land registration processes, handling documents like deeds, Parcha, Mouza maps, mutations, and agreements.ยท
Prepare and present survey findings in formats suitable for project teams and management.
Utilize AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and other office applications to produce accurate reports, designs, and data visualizations.
Be willing to take on additional assignments as directed by the department head or honorable management authority.
