Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
Experience
3 to 6 years
Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 28 years
Sound knowledge of Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skilled in Auto CAD for working drawings).
Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing.
Sound Knowledge on Imaret Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
Experience Requirements:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area : Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Design / printing / publishing, Developer, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities:
Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings (Specially interior design & details).
Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing and as per recent market value of product.
Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and data flow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders including clients.
Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
