Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct interactive group and individual sessions to improve language proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, IELTS/PTE, German, Korean & Italian.
- Design and implement structured language courses tailored to different proficiency levels, including preparation for proficiency exams.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students’ learning experience.
- Guide students with effective test strategies and techniques for language proficiency exams.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and customize teaching approaches accordingly.
- Support students in building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help students understand workplace norms, etiquette, and communication styles.
- Design engaging learning activities, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance student outcomes.
- Provide individualized support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Work closely with program coordinators and fellow instructors to align curriculum with institutional goals.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. Stay updated with the latest changes in language proficiency exams and teaching methodologies.
- Adapt teaching methods to ensure effective and up-to-date instruction.
