Responsibilities & Context
- Repair/replace motherboard components, ports, fans, hinges, etc.
- Install and set up desktops, notebooks, printers, routers, and other devices.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, or on-site.
- Provide in-house and remote technical support for desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
- Perform quality checks on ready products before delivery.
- Maintain clean workspace and ensure all daily tasks are completed.
- Keep detailed records of support activities and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in training to improve skills.
