Requirements
Education
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Must have L.L.B with L.L.M from any UGC approved reputed University with good academic record having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination. Should have enrollment as a member of Bar council.
- The applicant having the degree of Barrister –at-Law/ faculty member in any reputed University/ Ph.D/ MBA or Bachelor degree in any discipline in addition to the degree in law will get preference.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Working experience in any reputed private commercial bank/ Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), MNC, reputed law-firm in the relevant areas.
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in dealing with criminal cases including cases under scheduled offences of Anti-Corruption Commission, Penal Code, Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Suit etc.
- Extensive empirical legal knowledge in Mercantile Law, Law of Contract, Land Laws and Transfer of Property act including Law of Inheritance etc.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent English and Bangla language skills (speaking and writing).
Responsibilities & Context
- Have expertise in dealing with criminal cases including cases under scheduled offences of Anti-Corruption Commission, Penal Code, Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Suit etc.
- Be well conversant with the procedure of execution of warrant of arrest with the court staffs and Police Stations.
- Expertise in recovery of misappropriated money.
- Conversant with Agent Banking Operational procedures and relevant guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
- Previous experience in dealing with suits/cases at different district of the country and willing to visit outside Dhaka anytime as instructed or required to file case directly or with the aid of the Bank’s lawyer.
- Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed
