Responsibilities & Context
Assist the company from legal points in all aspects.
Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
Labor Court related Case dealings.
Any others complain/ case handling with proper channel.
Maintain & develop relationships with the Law Enforcement Agencies.
Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations such as AC (Land) office,Provide Legal support to employees’ concern issues under Labor laws.
Make a list and regular update of signed/executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry/renewal of each agreement commissioning, etc.
Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal Department.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
