At least 2 years experience in the field of legal work
Capacity to communicate advocacy messages
Good command over English

Ability to organize and contribute to discussions
Ability to undertake frequent filed travels
Computer literacy skills (MS word, power point, internet).

Responsibilities & Context

Official assignments shall include undertaking policy/legal research, serve concern notices and legal notices, serve and follow up letters given under the Right to Information Act
Prepare petitions, applications and other legal documents, appear before courts, tribunals, commissions, administrative, local elected or general people’s bodies
Undertake field visits and support the team to implement the activities as per the agreed plan and quality
Required to participate in meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, training programs, exchange/exposure visits
To attend in the project coordination meetings.
