Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Master of Science (MSc)

• Successfully completed recognized auditor training

• 3RD party audit more than 200

• Must 2-3 LA course of BSCI/WRAP/SLCP/HIGG/ISOAPSCA

• RA by completing exam part-2

• Multiple auditing capability is preferable (Social/Technical/Security/Environmental)

• Technical review experience is preferable

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Auditor to join our team. As the Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of audits in line with Global Procedures, Scheme requirements, and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of auditing and meeting agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead auditor on selected schemes, overseeing the entire audit process.

• Ensure the effective delivery of audits in accordance with Global Procedures, Scheme requirements, and client SOPs.

• Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables.

• Provide technical input to back office and sales teams as required.

• Conduct technical reviews of reports submitted by other auditors to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

• Actively develop relationships through existing networks and contacts to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing within the industry.

• Remain up-to-date with current thinking and client expectations in the field of auditing.

• Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy and encourage others to do so.

• Collect, interpret, and disseminate updates on relevant laws, rules, acts, and SOPs to keep the audit team informed and ensure compliance.

• Witness other auditors for the effectiveness of their auditing practices to maintain competence within the team.

• Lead and organize the audit team before, during, and after the audit for the related job.

• Mentor auditors and provide “on-the-job” training to support their professional development.

• Witness others auditors for the effectiveness for their auditing practice to maintain competence within the team.
