Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Preferably from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, or other recognized public universities)
- M.Sc. in Structural Engineering will be considered an added advantage
- If someone is a Hafiz, Maulana, Mufti, they will get additional “priority”.
Experience
- 10 to 20 years

Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Developer

Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the structural analysis and design process for multi-storied buildings and other real estate projects
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for accurate implementation of designs
- Guide and check CAD drawings prepared by drafters and junior engineers
- Review material test reports and ensure structural quality during construction
- Supervise structural elements during execution to ensure compliance with design and safety codes
- Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and status updates for ongoing projects
- Maintain coordination with the Project Management team for timely project delivery
