Responsibilities & Context
We’re a fast-growing travel tech company building comparison tools used by millions of travelers worldwide. Our stack includes custom CMS platforms, Node.js web apps, and WordPress sites – all needing your expert touch to evolve. This is a founder-replacement role for someone who can not just maintain but improve our core systems.
You will:
- Own and modernize our custom PHP/JS CMS
- Build Node.js / React features for our comparison tools
- Solve complex integration challenges (APIs, tracking systems, AI-powered internal tools)
- Create AI-powered solutions for content teams (automation, dashboards, Google Script plugins)
- Make architectural decisions that will shape our tech stack for years
