We are expanding our team and seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with strong research and organizational skills to identify and nurture prospective clients. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about uncovering opportunities and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to identify and generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, and online databases.
- Extract and compile accurate contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles.
- Segment and organize leads based on industry, company size, and other relevant criteria for targeted marketing.
- Validate and update lead information to maintain high data integrity.
- Utilize tools like CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets for managing and enriching lead data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in lead generation and web research.
Requirements
- We want our next team member for the position with following qualifications. Please read them carefully before you apply-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for Business, IT, or Marketing backgrounds.
- Experience: At least 1 year in lead generation, data mining, or web research (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic Tools: Proficiency in Google Search, web research, and tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce) and other CRM platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and clients in a professional manner.
Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM.
Task Handling: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Others: Familiarity with CRM tools, Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, GetResponse, etc), lead generation software is a plus.
