- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in lead generation, sales operations, customer support operations, or similar domains will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Tutree Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and manage our lead generation team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of driving team performance and maximizing productivity.
Previous lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory. However, experience in leading or managing teams is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the lead generation team to ensure maximum productivity and output.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve team goals.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
