Requirements

Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in team leadership, team management, or operations management is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage and motivate teams in a performance-driven environment.
Comfortable working night shifts and six days a week.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Experience in lead generation, sales operations, customer support operations, or similar domains will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Tutree Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and manage our lead generation team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of driving team performance and maximizing productivity.

Previous lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory. However, experience in leading or managing teams is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the lead generation team to ensure maximum productivity and output.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve team goals.
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
