Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, team management, or operations management is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and six days a week.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in lead generation, sales operations, customer support operations, or similar domains will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Tutree Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and manage our lead generation team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of driving team performance and maximizing productivity.

Previous lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory. However, experience in leading or managing teams is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the lead generation team to ensure maximum productivity and output.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
