Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying & generating sales leads for the company. They will source prospective customers through various marketing channels & contact them to discuss the company’s products & services.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Reach out to potential customers through facebook query, emails, phone calls, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on their business needs, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain an updated lead database and track leads throughout the sales process.
- Educate prospective customers on the company’s services and product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and news to identify potential leads.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation initiatives.
- Giving proper information to all the stakeholders who place queries following prefixed instructions, FAQs and campaign details.
- Generating and maintaining proper data sheets with accurate information.
- Collect market information and prepare reports on market insights of requirements.
- Assisting marketing team with inquiry tracking in prescribed format.
- Assisting in marketing activities and events when required.
- Regularly track and report on online performance.
- Contribute to the development of overall query management procedures
