Additional Requirements

- Tools and Technology: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the software development lifecycle and various software services such as web development, mobile app development, and software testing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to different time zones and cultural nuances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation for software projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with experience in dealing with international software project clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the software industry, and the ability to identify and engage with potential clients from various countries.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Conduct research to identify potential clients in the software industry who are looking for development services. Qualify these leads based on our target market and criteria.
- Engage with International Clients: Reach out to potential clients through various communication channels (email, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) and build strong relationships with them.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to refine lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and clients. Ensure all interactions are logged, and follow-up actions are planned.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and optimize the sales funnel.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Handle initial client queries and coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless communication.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and insights for improvement.
