Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain and update the fintech platform’s database of SMEs and investors.
• Monitor online activity, ensuring smooth operations for all users. Address technical and administrative queries from users.
• Prepare weekly reports on platform engagement and growth metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investor-related queries and support.
• Ensure investor profiles are accurate and updated with the latest information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for investor engagement.
• Track investor activity and provide periodic insights on trends and feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with SMEs registered on the platform.
• Assist SMEs in onboarding, profile creation, and navigating the platform.
• Act as a liaison between SMEs and investors for smooth communication.
• Gather feedback from SMEs to identify challenges and suggest improvements.
