- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and successful project implementations.
- Strong Knowledge in Animation, 3D & 2D Design, Graphic Design.
- The applicants should have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender/ Studio max, 3D related software, Maya, SolidWorks or similar tools like Key shot and Ansys
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Knowledge of web development technologies and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge about world latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction and Vision:
- Developing and articulating the creative vision for projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
- Overseeing the conceptualization and execution of design projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Providing guidance and constructive feedback to designers, encouraging professional growth and skill development.
Project Management and Execution:
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Defining project scopes, setting clear objectives, and allocating resources effectively.
