• Demonstrated track record of implementing successful quality control strategies and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control practices in relevant industries.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly skilled “Lead-Quality Control ” to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within our organization. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality control professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of implementing effective quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, ensuring consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Provide training, performance feedback, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of IT products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Address defects through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions. Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards, preparing reports for senior management and audits.
