Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labor low-2006 & rules-2018

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to oversee our recruitment processes, ensuring attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Recruitment Lead will also be involved in implementing best practices in recruitment, maintaining positive candidate experiences, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and support staff.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other networking events.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring department to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
