Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Verification Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and validating leads, and supporting the sales. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify sales leads collected through social media campaigns by making phone calls.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the sales database as needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on lead verification and engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and engagement strategies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster effective team bonding for better collaboration.
