- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English Language.
- Candidates must be hard workers, passionate, dedicated, dynamic, self-motivated, and energetic, and should be capable of working under pressure.
- Ability to plan, implement, and manage any project/task individually.
Responsibilities & Context
- Cambrian International College of Aviation (CICA) is a pioneer aviation College in Bangladesh providing high-tech, research, innovation, and skills-based education since 2012. To meet the requirement of our growing demand, we are looking for two lecturers in the Aeronautical Engineering Department.
- Should come prepared for taking the class with appropriate Training Aids.
- Demonstrate practical classes in lab/hanger, must prepare a Brief (Lecture plan) on the specific course before the start of class as required by Pearson BTEC EDEXCEL.
- Distribute Slides, class notes, and briefs to students whenever required.
- Take exams when needed and take lab classes according to subject demand.
- Collect assignments from students and evaluate them.
- Make Tracking Sheets as required.
- Make a monthly batch-wise evaluation sheet.
- Attending Academic Meetings as required.
- Organize and accompany students on Training Visits.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 classes in a day.
