Subject: Bengali.
We are looking for a lecturer in the Bengali department. Ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to a positive learning environment.

Develop and deliver engaging Bengali lessons that align with curriculum standards and effectively support students’ learning outcomes.
Create lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Update instructional materials to enhance learning.
Student Assessment & Evaluation:
Assess & evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback for academic and personal growth.
Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
Create and uphold a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage active student participation and effectively address challenges to learning.
