Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and verify all legal documents related to land/property transactions.
• Conduct due diligence on land ownership, mutation, registration, and legal compliance.
• Contacting government offices, land offices, sub-registrar offices, and other relevant authorities.
• Provide legal opinions on property issues, disputes, and contracts.
• Handle legal notices, agreements, MOUs, and client documentation.
• Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
