Job Context:

Legal Advisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Legal Advisor to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying land documents, advising on legal matters including disputes and litigation, and facilitating legal agreements between the company and buyers/sellers. This position requires thorough understanding of property laws, documentation procedures, and the ability to provide sound legal guidance to support our operations.

Surveyor

A Surveyor is responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features for planning, construction, legal, or design purposes. Surveyors provide critical data used for land development, property division, infrastructure projects, and legal boundary determination. They work on-site and in the office, often collaborating with legal advisors, engineers, and architects to ensure land use aligns with legal and design requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

For Legal Advisor

• Examine and verify land-related documents such as title deeds, khatian, mutation, and other legal papers.
• Provide legal opinions on property ownership, authenticity, and potential risks.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements including Sale Agreements, Purchase Agreement , Development Agreement etc according to company policy.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts between the company and buyers/sellers.
• Advise management on land acquisition, disputes, and other legal matters related to land development concept.
• Handle and coordinate litigation issues in collaboration with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal transactions and advice.
• Represent the company in hearings or negotiations, if required.Keep updated with current property laws, rules and regulations in Bangladesh.
• Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

  For Surveyor:

• Measure land elevations, boundaries, and dimensions using surveying equipment.
• Determine and confirm legal property boundaries for deeds and development.
• Create detailed maps and 3D models of land features using GPS and CAD tools.
• Mark out construction reference points and levels based on design plans.
• Collect and interpret geographic data using modern tools (e.g., total stations, drones).
• Coordinate with legal advisors on boundary disputes and land ownership issues.
• Maintain detailed survey records, field notes, and technical reports.
