Responsibilities & Context
1. As a Legal Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing support in Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna etc.
2. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing legal documentation, relevant laws and regulations.
3. Candidates must have excellent negotiation skills and must be good with computers.
4. Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
5. Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies.
6. Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.
7. Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement.
8. Time to time report to the Company Management.
9. Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
10. Good knowledge of Industrial & Criminal Laws.
