3–5 years of experience in legal recovery, credit enforcement, or corporate field investigations.
Strong negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure with a high degree of personal integrity.
Willingness to travel extensively and work beyond office hours if needed.
Working knowledge of legal procedures and the ability to deal with local administration, courts, and other enforcement authorities.

Responsibilities & Context

Location: Gulshan, Dhaka (With extensive travel across Bangladesh).

As part of our continued growth and commitment to responsible credit management, we are looking for a sharp, assertive, and results-driven Legal & Recovery Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits across Bangladesh to recover overdue payments and prevent defaults.
Investigate and document the root causes behind payment defaults through client interviews and field assessments.
Maintain active liaison with courts to expedite hearings and ensure timely progress of ongoing cases.
Coordinate closely with company-appointed lawyers for case preparations and updates.
Collaborate with local administration and law enforcement agencies when required to act against chronic defaulters.
Maintain company credit policies and remedy legal procedure as per company policy.
Provide weekly recovery status reports to management and legal teams.
Travel extensively to visit clients, dealers, and court jurisdictions as per operational needs.
