Responsibilities & Context
To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Land Procurement)
To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bangali & English.
To look & handle legal site of company (like Thana, court, local people, owner & client etc)·
To do mutation of land, sale permission, Power acceptance from related Govt. dept. etc.
To do the work with different Govt. department.
Capable to drive motor cycle with driving license.
