Additional Requirements

• A minimum of 02 years of experience is required in a bank, financial institution, or law firm
• Must have obtained Sanad from Bangladesh Bar Council to practice as an Advocate in Judges’ Court in Bangladesh especially in Dhaka Judge Court
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Age not exceeding 40 years as on March 27, 2025

Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Legal Officers to join our legal team, The ideal candidate will have expertise in banking law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance, and will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and assisting with litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on banking and commercial matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution, representing the bank’s interests
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards
• Liaise with internal departments to address legal issues and offer solutions
• Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the banking industry
