Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Enrolment with Bangladesh Bar Council/enrolment with High Court Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh shall be regarded as a plus point.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years

• Excellent in Computer Works (Ms office Management).
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to influence others & proactive in problem solving.
• Have patience to handle phone calls and queries.

Responsibilities & Context

• Correspondence with Panel Lawyers and maintain proper relationships to ensure smooth operation.
• Attend court for filing suits, legal proceedings and follow-up cases.
• Review ongoing cases and update the management accordingly.
• Ensuring execution of all works of law-related procedures of legal department.
• Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
