Must have adequate knowledge on professional code of conduct of lawyers.
Enrollment in Bar Council mandatory.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Problem solving and decision making.
Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of any kind of legal notice, Civil and Criminal, Negotiable Instrument Act, property & property transfer laws, prepared any agreement/Joined Venture Agreement with power of attorney etc.

Candidate must be able to represent the legal matter in the court on behalf of the companies individually.
To be able to provide legal opinion against different types of legal issues.
Communicate with different legal firms on behalf of the company.
Able to draft various legal letters, notices, affidavits, agreements etc.
To be able to draft plaints, petition written statements, written objections and replies to relevant show cause.
To attend courts and maintain liaison with concerned department Officials and Advocates.
The ability to vet different legal documents.
