Responsibilities & Context

Your responsibility will be:

• supporting the Head of Legal and assisting the Legal Team in providing legal advice for the clients.
• drafting and legal editing in English and/or Bangla.
• writing numerous legal articles and research papers under the supervision of the head of legal.
• assisting with drafting and negotiating contracts with the clients and the third parties.
• working on a variety of legal questions pertaining to day-to-day legal issues.
• communicating and making liaise with external law firms and legal counsels as required.
• assisting with providing training and awareness-building. and
• any additional assistance that the team might occasionally need.
