Required 05 to 09 years Banking Experience including at least 02 (Two) years and above experience in supervisory role in similar nature of Job.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Proficient knowledge on General Banking Operations.

Responsibilities & Context

Distribute account opening/closing/modification request among the members of the Unit.
Ensure that, all account opening/closing/modification application (CASA, FDR, and Scheme) is downloaded from the module within the time frame.
Ensure that mandatory documents is attached with the application (Account opening/closing/modification).
Approve account opening/closing/modification in CBS by confirming that all mandatory information is inputted correctly
Ensure that all application (account opening/closing/modification) received within the cutoff time is processed in due time.
Ensure that, Cheque Book and ATM Card request is given against all newly opened accounts and delivered to the respective Branch in due course.
Update Branch on exceptional issues within the due course with remedial plans.
Approve Dormant Account activation request by scrutinizing the required documents.
Take action to send physical AOF to vendor premises for further archiving.
Issuance of different types of System Generated Certificate and deliver to respective Branch.
Take necessary action to process unclaimed deposit for further depositing to Bangladesh Bank.
Prepare different types of report on daily basis for submission to Management.
Defense internal/external audit on account operations related issue.
Guide fellow team members on account operation related issues on regular basis.
Liaison with different stake holder for smooth functioning of the LOD.
Maintain strong relationship with ICT for seamless functioning of different module of LOD.
