Department: Ayesha Abed Library

Job Location: Ayesha Abed Library, BRAC University

Key Responsibilities

• Shelving and re-shelving of library materials and shelf reading according to Dewy Decimal Classification System
• Find missing and needed books
• Attaches RFID labels and barcodes, and other appropriate processing devices to library materials as needed
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of library shelves
• Ensure that the library’s physical spaces remain organized and tidy. Monitor noise levels and enforce library rules to create a conducive environment for study, research, and leisure
• Any other duty assigned by the authority
