Sales and marketing experience in lift and elevator industry

To generate new leads & potential clients.
To convert leads into sales independently.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the lift and elevator industry.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, and leverage insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with prospective clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Any other task assigned by the management as required in any time.
