Responsibilities & Context
Lighting Showroom Manager
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our lighting showroom operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of sales, retail management, and interior aesthetics. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to ensure a clean, organized, and engaging environment.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Coordinate with management on inventory planning, stock levels, and new product displays.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure a personalized and professional shopping experience.
- Manage scheduling, delegation of tasks, and performance reviews for showroom staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost showroom performance.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure all displays are up to date and aligned with brand image.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with senior management.
- Stay updated with lighting trends and competitor offerings to enhance showroom appeal.
