  • 3–6 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong command of Chinese, Thai, and Continental cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure during high-volume service
  • Consistent with food quality, plating standards, and hygiene
  • Team player

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare and cook Chinese, Thai, and Continental dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control are maintained consistently
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies properly
  • Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Assist in menu preparation, special orders, and daily kitchen operations as assigned
