- 3–6 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong command of Chinese, Thai, and Continental cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure during high-volume service
- Consistent with food quality, plating standards, and hygiene
- Team player
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and cook Chinese, Thai, and Continental dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control are maintained consistently
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies properly
- Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist in menu preparation, special orders, and daily kitchen operations as assigned
