Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing and optimizing the entire production process.
- Planning and scheduling to quality and adherence to budget and timelines.
- Developing and implementing production schedule to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Ensuring efficient resource allocation including materials, labor and equipment.
- Forecasting production needs and managing inventory level.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
- Monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process.
- Managing and motivating production staff.
- Collaborating with other departments .
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Promoting a safe working environment.
