Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and manage the linking production process of sweaters, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met.

• Ensure that each product meets the company’s quality standards by conducting regular inspections and monitoring the linking process.
• Oversee the regular maintenance of linking machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and repaired as necessary to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, including problems with machinery, quality defects, or personnel.
• Work closely with other departments, such as design, sourcing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow and that production goals align with overall company objectives.
