Responsibilities & Context
- Operate and maintain computer systems for day-to-day office and design tasks.
- Create graphics for digital and print use (e.g., social media, marketing materials, brochures).
- Edit videos for promotional content, training materials, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project needs and deliver high-quality visual content.
- Manage file organization and data backup related to design and media work.
- Ensure all digital content meets brand guidelines and technical standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and software updates on design-related tools and systems
