Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement live commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Plan and host live streaming sessions showcasing products, answering customer questions, and engaging with the audience in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to select products, plan content, and ensure a seamless live shopping experience.
- Create compelling and informative content for live sessions, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional offers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of live sessions, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Engage with viewers during live sessions, responding to comments and questions promptly and professionally.
- Utilize live streaming tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) to conduct sessions.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance live commerce efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live commerce and e-commerce.
- Manage technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
